Sunbrite Consulting Group maintains a strict No Refund Policy for all services provided.

All payments made for consulting, digital services, website development, or any other professional services are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Once a project has been initiated, resources, time, and effort are allocated immediately. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Delays caused by client-side dependencies
• Partial use of services
• Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after delivery

In certain exceptional cases, any consideration for partial refunds or service credits will be solely at our discretion and evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
