During SERVPRO’s 53rd Annual Convention in Dallas, Director Allison Isaacson Beahm led a “Women in the Industry” forum with four outstanding panelists—Natasha Chou (Nationwide, AVP of Claims), Alexandra Leone, CPCU, AIC-M (Revantage, AVP of Claims), Christina Lucas (Envista Forensics, President), and Laura Wheeler (KleenRite, CFO).

200 attendees listened to the discussion on leadership, “mom guilt” as a businesswoman, time management, overcoming inequalities in a “man’s industry,” career growth, and more.
