Welcome to Birdy App<\/strong>. By using our app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.<\/span><\/p>

1. Service Description<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

Birdy App<\/strong> provides a platform to book rides in advance and make upfront payments.<\/span><\/p>

2. Eligibility<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal agreement.<\/span><\/p>

3. Advance Payment Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

  • All rides must be paid in advance<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>
  • Payment confirms your booking.<\/span><\/li>
  • Prices include applicable taxes and service charges.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    4. Cancellation & Refund Policy<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

    • Cancellation after Booking Accept<\/strong>: Cancellation Charge will be applied as per policy.<\/span><\/li>
    • No refund if driver cancel the Ride.<\/span><\/li>
    • Refunds will be processed within 5\u20137 working days<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      5. Ride Changes<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

      Changes in pickup time or location may result in additional charges or cancellation depending on availability.<\/span><\/p>

      6. User Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

      You agree to:<\/span><\/p>

      • Provide accurate booking details<\/span><\/li>
      • Be present at pickup time<\/span><\/li>
      • Behave respectfully with drivers<\/span><\/li>
      • Not misuse the app<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        7. Driver & Ride Availability<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

        Rides are subject to availability. We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or technical failures.<\/span><\/p>

        8. Pricing<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

        Prices are dynamic and may change due to:<\/span><\/p>

        • Demand<\/span><\/li>
        • Distance<\/span><\/li>
        • Time<\/span><\/li>
        • Location<\/span>
          The final amount shown at checkout is binding.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          9. Liability Limitation<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

          We are not liable for:<\/span><\/p>

          • Lost items<\/span><\/li>
          • Delays beyond our control<\/span><\/li>
          • Indirect or incidental damages<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the ride.<\/span><\/p>

            10. Account Termination<\/strong><\/span><\/p>

            We reserve the right to suspend accounts for:<\/span><\/p>

            • Fraud<\/span><\/li>
            • Misuse<\/span><\/li>
            • Violating terms<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

              We may update these terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.<\/span><\/p>
