Welcome to Birdy App. By using our app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Service Description

Birdy App provides a platform to book rides in advance and make upfront payments.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal agreement.

3. Advance Payment Policy

• All rides must be paid in advance.
• Payment confirms your booking.
• Prices include applicable taxes and service charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation after Booking Accept: Cancellation Charge will be applied as per policy.
• No refund if driver cancel the Ride.
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5. Ride Changes

Changes in pickup time or location may result in additional charges or cancellation depending on availability.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate booking details
• Be present at pickup time
• Behave respectfully with drivers
• Not misuse the app

7. Driver & Ride Availability

Rides are subject to availability. We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or technical failures.

8. Pricing

Prices are dynamic and may change due to:

• Demand
• Distance
• Time
• Location
  The final amount shown at checkout is binding.

9. Liability Limitation

We are not liable for:

• Lost items
• Delays beyond our control
• Indirect or incidental damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the ride.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts for:

• Fraud
• Misuse
• Violating terms

11. Modifications

We may update these terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of US.
